As if living Only a Day

If we think we'll do a certain work for a lifetime

 

It may be difficult and boring.

 

But if we do the work only for a day

 

It becomes easy and interesting.

 

 

 

Even when we are sad and troubled

 

if we think it is only for today

 

it is bearable.

 

 

Even a hundred years or a

 

thousand years is an accumulation

 

of a single day.

 

So how about living a thousand

 

years as if living only a day?
